SHIPPING:

Shipping is FREE on all paper craft patterns shipped within the continental United States. E-patterns allow free shipping for everyone.

If you order any item besides patterns, you will notice that no shipping is charged upon checkout. (My website is set up to charge zero shipping. I haven't been able to figure a way around that yet.) Shipping on those items will be billed to you separately via PayPal. Please see the shipping rates below.

There are separate shipping rates for craft supplies vs satin balls. (Satin balls require bigger boxes & cost more to ship).

Shipping rates listed are for within the continental United States and Canada. (Orders shipped to locations in Minnesota will be charged sales tax.)

Any international order for paper patterns or supplies must contact me at the above e-mail address to find out the shipping rate, before placing your order. (As you know, these can be quite costly.)

Orders will be shipped via first class U.S. mail within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.

E-patterns will be e-mailed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of payment. Make sure to provide a valid e-mail address.

(Please be patient. I do my best to be super-prompt, but I do work outside of the home, too.)

Most supplies fit in either a small envelope or a small box -- if you are in doubt, just e-mail me.

Small (6x9) envelope -- $2.95 (beads, plugs, small items, etc.)

Large envelope -- $3.95 (large flat items)

Small box -- $5.95 (small items too big for an envelope)

Medium box -- $7.95

Large box -- $9.95

SATIN BALLS SHIPPING PRICES:

Up to $25.00 -- $5.95

$25.01-50.00 -- $7.95

$50.01-$75.00 -- $9.95

$75.01-$100.00 -- $11.95

$100.01 & up -- $13.95

PAYMENTS:

Payments can be made through PayPal or by money order. Using Paypal allows you to securely pay via credit card.

RETURNS:

Every item is packaged as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material & notify me immediately.

I want you to be happy with your Adeline's purchase. If you are not satisfied, please return your order in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. (Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.) All returned items must be in their original condition in order for a refund to be issued.
